With the need for a headless CRM, we designed robust solutions that could grow depending on how the data changed for the future.
12 alpha testers provided weekly feedback to further strategize on edge cases and how super-users would need to utilize the system to further save time when applying repetitive tasks.
Results
Centex has to utilize multiple systems repeatedly to ensure the approval process for insurance can be completed. Users no longer had to continuously check one platform for authorized hours, another for the claim status, everything is possible directly from our internal platform.
One click from a single tab was equivalent to 4 minutes of work on their past workflow. The amount of time saved per day allowed their teams to focus on their clients experience instead of repetitive, manual, housekeeping.
